Placencia Caye Phase II Lots
Placencia Caye is a private island located just a few hundred yards off-shore from the center of Placencia Village. Our very successful Enclave Private Island is located on a 2 acre island within Placencia Caye. Phase II lots will be located on a separate 5 acre portion of the north east portion of the island.
Placencia Caye already has underground power on the West side of the island as well as city water. Such power and water services shall be extended from their current location to service Phase II lots. The 5 acres that comprise Phase II will be the last portion of the island to be developed leaving the rest of the island (2/3 of the total island) to remain as a mangrove nature reserve. Placencia Caye has a nice reef and good snorkeling along the north and east shore of the island, and the west side is a natural safe harborage currently used as a mooring for large sail boats and motor yachts.
Placencia Caye’s close proximity to Placencia Village makes it an ideal destination for guests that want the privacy and exclusivity of being on a private island yet want easy access to all that Placencia Village has to offer. Guests who want to go to Placencia Village will be dropped off by the islands shuttle boat at the Placencia Municipal Pier which is at the end of the famous Placencia Sidewalk. While most destinations in Placencia Village are within walking distance, golf carts will also be available on the mainland to rent.
